Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality have collaborated to bring Caramella, an Italian restaurant and lounge, to Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino this winter.
Highlights of the menu created by Tao Group Hospitality’s Chief Culinary Officer, Ralph Scamardella, will include original takes on regional Italian favourites, pastas and a wide selection of prime steaks and chops served Tuscan-style with decadent sides à la carte.
With décor and design inspired by 1970s Italy, Caramella will feature views overlooking the Las Vegas Strip and an adjacent candy shop offering a wide selection of sweet treats. Caramella will be on the Mezzanine level of Planet Hollywood next to the Criss Angel Theatre in the space formerly occupied by Koi Restaurant and Lounge.
