TCSJOHNHUXLEY has signed an undertaking to purchase all the issued and outstanding shares in Midwest Game Supply from Charles P. and Linda L. Sohm. The transaction is expected to close by 2022.
Established since 1945, Midwest Game Supply manufacture and distribute dice worldwide. TCSJOHNHUXLEY is committed to growing the business, and this acquisition aligns with the company’s vision to become the premier supplier of live table games to the North American market, following the acquisition of the GPI table, layout and accessories product lines in 2020. The MWGS facility in Kearney, MO will continue to operate as usual and is positioned to provide the springboard for an expanded Midwest presence for TCSJOHNHUXLEY.
