G2E Asia Tangam reflect on G2E Asia 2024G2E Asia returned to Macau this year, the show provided opportunities to reconnect with partners, friends, and new industry contacts.

At the event, smart tables were a big talking point among operators. In an interview with GGR Asia, Tangam’s president, Maulin Gandhi, emphasised that “smart tables are not really smart until you decide what you’re going to do with the data they gather.”

“We provide the layer of intelligence on top of that data to figure out how to monetise it and create value for the operator.

“Operators aren’t looking for more data or charts; they want answers. They need to know what actions and decisions to take right now to improve performance.”

He continues, expressing his opinions on smart tables, saying that while the advantages of smart tables are significant, he claims their true potential and value is unlocked through proper implementation.
