Women in Gaming Diversity Awards 2023 has awarded Metropolitan Gaming’s Andreea David as Employee of the Year.
David’s credentials and passion for the industry have seen her achieve rapid career growth within Metropolitan Gaming, from the beginning of her career in gaming as a poker supervisor, through to the promotion as safer gambling manager and key compliance manager over a period of just 18 months. She has been instrumental within the company for implementing and ensuring safer gambling and compliance policies and procedures in the new acquisition. David oversees the training of compliance procedures to all relevant employees. Her integrity and vision have been an integral part of Metropolitan Gaming’s Park Lane venue upon delivering part of its key values in safer gambling and compliance. Central to this achievement, David balances the customer experience, regulatory requirements and pragmatic business needs as part of her ethos.
